Back hurts?!?

My Wife is having back pains and we don't know from what. she went to a chiropractor and nothing seems to be working. She is small framed and has DDs. Does anyone think this is the cause of it or is it something else? I would like to have some advice please and thank you. Please be mature when answering. It would be much appreciated. Thanks again.
