Is My Nose Piercing Infected?

Last Night I Pierced My Own Nose With A PushPin (I Know Its Stupid And Unsanitary So Shut Up) It Went All The Way Through And Bled Alot. After I Pierced It I Put An Earring In It. And Then i Changed The Earring To Find The Right One.. And This Morning When I Woke Up It Was Swollen On The Inside With ALOT Of Pain. And It Took Alot Of Force To Pull It Out. Then I Put It Back In! Is It Infected? If It Is How Do I Cure It??????
