Sony KDL-40V2500. Lost mounting screws & instructions. What 4 points do i use to mount and what type of scr?

I have a sony KDL-40V2500.. I had moved out of my primary residence where I had my TV mounted. When I moved out I took my TV with me but now I'm back but I want to remount it but I've lost my instructions and mounting screws. I need to know what 4 points on the back I screw the gaskets to (perhaps a diagram so I dont screw it into the wrong four holes)...and what screws to use.. M5? M6? I was told M6 x 12.. but that doesnt seem right.. please ist me.
