Eco-friendly India: How many of you avoid the Plastic Bags given at Shops?

While reusing and recycling plastic bags might be the best way, it is not the only one. For example, in my country most plastic bags are made with special bio-decomposable addons. If dumped, their decomposing time is shortened like 100 times.
