Can someone provide the the exact date for Taiwan Summer Sales?

I had get information the summer sales will between August & September. I need to confirm the date, because i will spend my about 1week in taipei. So i hope to enjoy my shopping there. Is that mean form 1st August to 30 September? or 1st August to 31 August? Can someone provide me the answer. Thank you.
