College advice -- College, major , minor etc...?

My plan is to finish community college by next spring and apply to some UC colleges, I'm thinking I wan't to major in buisness with a minor in computer programing while still fullfilling my pre-medical prerequists, I should have 4 semesters of voulenteering at my local hospital by the end. But I know all colleges vary in many ways, so my question is which UC colleges can fullfill my prerequists and my major and minor? Also any little tidbits of information that I could use for my experience's would also be appreciated, such as beating traffic or avoiding something or like studying tips .
