What is the best metal utensil- safe nonstick cookware?

My folks swear by Thermolon green pan by Todd English. Go to hsn.com and look it up. You can use it at high heat, it won't scratch, and it's non stick. It's also very affordable. I'm hoping to get some for Christmas.
