What makes an Internet Preditor?

What makes a predator? A lot of these guys on the dateline series are liars, misrepresenting their age. The guy who came into a house of someone he doesnt even know, stripped naked, was just beyond wacko. What normal guy would do that, considering there could be a parent popping in? As for young girls and older guys, I think it's cool in the situation of a girl mature enough, considering common law ages of consent. Guys my age were often too young for me until about 10 years ago. Females do mature faster than males. (obviously proven by all of the guys who find themselves on that dateline show) Present law abides tho, that's the catch.
