Im sorry about complaining again?

finding it really hard to cope at the moment, found out a week ago my granddad who i love to peaces has cancer, ive just moved house and am in the middle of being refereed again to the mental health team, im not coping at the moment and don't no what to do. i self harm witch has got allot worse and im thinking about suicide everyday. ive try-ed ringing the crisis team and they said they would ring m back in 2 days but that was monday night, it is now friday night and ive had no phone call. ive asked for help but they didn't help, so now im stuck and i don't no who els to ask so im stuck, please if you have any advice please write back x
