Pls Help ! Overfed my baby today .. how do I help him get over the discomfort ?

I fed my recently turned 6 month old 3.5 oz milk and 1 entire can of Gerber Stage1 Carrots today evening around 5:30pm. I initially started giving him just half a can, but he seemed to want more so I fed him the entire can. After that he felt uneasy and was wriggling when we held him. He fell asleep an hour later and woke up 2 hrs later. I tried to feed him but he wouldn't drink. He would come hungry to the and pull away after about a minute and cry. Hes been doing this for the past 1 hour. I put him on the floor to let him play and burn out the extra food. He was ok playing and didnt cry. He was also fine while getting his bath. He also looks sleepy. He has been rubbing his eyes. Its now almost 4 hrs since he last fed. I feel I shd let him have milk for atleast 5 mins before making him sleep. He only cries when attempting to feed. He isnt teething.. I gave him Mylicon and burped him. What shd I do to make my baby relax ?
